Este Decreto:

• Art. 1: Disuelve la COMISIÓN NACIONAL DEL TRÁNSITO Y LA SEGURIDAD VIAL, la AGENCIA NACIONAL DE SEGURIDAD VIAL (ANSV) y la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE VIALIDAD (DNV) y pasan a la SECRETARÍA DE TRANSPORTE del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA.

• Art. 2: Reorganiza la COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE REGULACIÓN DEL TRANSPORTE (CNRT), pasa a llamarse AGENCIA DE CONTROL DE CONCESIONES Y SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS DE TRANSPORTE en la SECRETARÍA DE TRANSPORTE del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA.

• Arts. del 3 al 5: Referente a AGENCIA DE CONTROL DE CONCESIONES Y SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS DE TRANSPORTE.

• Art. 6: Sustituye el Art. 2 del Decreto-Ley 505/1958.

• Art. 7: Sustituye el Art. 12 del Decreto-Ley 505/1958.

• Art. 8: Sustituye el Art. 23 Inc. h) del Decreto 976/2001.

• Art. 15: Sustituye el Art. 30 de la Ley 27.445.

• Art. 16: Sustituye el Art. 2 de la Ley 24.449.

• Art. 17: Incorpora el Art. 2 Bis. a la Ley 24.449.

• Art. 18: Sustituye el Art. 11 de la Ley 26.363.

• Art. 19: Sustituye el Art. 12 de la Ley 26.363.

En la Ley 26.363 (Tránsito y Seguridad Vial) cambió indirectamente en:

Al inicio, Arts. 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23.

El Art. 25 modificó al Art. 13 de la Ley 24.449 (Art. 13 del cuadro de arriba), el 26 al (14 del cuadro de arriba), el 29 al (29 del cuadro de arriba) y el 35 al (85 del cuadro de arriba)
